Payment for the first service or 200.00 deposit (whichever is greater) is due in full at the initial meeting for new clients. Payment is due on the Sunday prior to the start of service for existing clients.

We require fourteen days notice if a client must cancel pet sitting services. Failure to cancel outside of fourteen days notice will result in a 50% invoice charge. As you can imagine once reservations are made we build our schedules around our work. It is very important for clients to give proper notice to cancel when those visit times have been reserved.

Job Sharing
For the sake of keeping your routine on schedule and for the safety and security of your home and pets, we do not job share in any capacity. This means no one else should be entering your home during service for the purpose of caring for the pets or house sitting tasks which we would be completing. Our insurance and liability will be null and void if this policy is not followed. If other service people will be accessing your property, such as domestic services or lawn maintenance, please be sure to let us know.

There is an additional holiday fee of $10.00 added to each visit on these days: Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Pet Taxi and Wedding Service requests on Holidays will be subject to an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.
