Yes!  We care for all types of pets from hamsters to horses.   

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm

Please note:  Pet sitting services are available seven days a week, 365 days a year with varying time schedules.

My cat only needs to be seen every other day, will you do that? 

Because our focus is 100% on your pet’s safety and security, we require visits every 24 hours for all cats.  Cats are experts at hiding illness and pain, thus a health issue can become a crisis very quickly.  We believe in providing the most comprehensive and complete pet sitting services to every client.  

My friend/relative/neighbor will also be caring for my pets while I am away. Is this ok?

Because we carry industry specific liability insurance, we must be the only pet care providers visiting the home in your absence.  Other visitors to the home for the intention of pet care will null and void our insurance.  

Will I get the same sitter each time I book?

We will assign a primary sitter to your household, however all of our sitters are cross-trained and work as a team in order to ensure all clients receive services without any interruptions.  

Do you do injections?

Yes, if your pet requires injections, we can administer them as part of service.  All injections must be pre-drawn by client prior to service start.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We are proud to operate a paperless business and our exclusive way to get paid is credit or debit card.  We accept all types for your convenience.  

How does your key system work?

We collect two copies of your house key.  One stays with your sitter during service and one stays in our locked office for emergency purposes.  All keys are tagged with a unique coding system so there is no identifier on the key itself.  

How do I sign up for your services?

It is as easy as 1-2-3!

  • Contact us so we can discuss your individual needs and develop a customized pet care plan for your household
  • We will ask you to fill out an online profile with all the details on your pets and routine
  • We will schedule a time to meet with you to review your routine and collect your keys

Once you are set up with us, your keys are on file and anytime you need service in the future you can simply log-in to our system and book or contact us.  We will even be there if you have an emergency and need pet care quickly.
